About Krittiya

Krittiya Hutjumpol, a native of Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand, discovered her passion for Yoga and Mindfulness at an early age, recognizing their profound impact on healing and overall well-being. Her journey into the world of yoga began in 2010 while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting at university. This marked the commencement of her adult yoga training, laying the foundation for her future endeavors.

In 2016, Krittiya took a significant leap by establishing the esteemed Kids Yoga Garden in Chiang Mai, a city renowned as a hub for Thai Yoga excellence. The Kids Yoga Garden quickly gained international acclaim for its innovative approach, integrating practical creative activities with yoga, meditation, and mindfulness tailored for children of diverse backgrounds. Notably, Krittiya actively engaged with the community by conducting workshops at prominent festivals like the Pai Yoga festival and the Jaiteb festival, in addition to teaching an after-school program at the American Pacific International School.

During her time in Chiang Mai, Krittiya pursued further training and certification under the guidance of esteemed Yoga masters. She honed her skills in Yin Mindfulness Yoga through additional teacher training courses offered by the respected RYS Yoga Alliance, enhancing her expertise in this specialized field.

In 2019, driven by a desire to give back to her roots, Krittiya returned to her hometown of Ubon Ratchathani, where she founded Krittiya Yoga. This endeavor aimed to serve both adults and children, blending yoga with creative arts activities to offer a holistic approach to well-being.

Continuing her pursuit of knowledge and skills, Krittiya underwent extensive training in complementary therapeutics, completing a 360-hour program at the internationally accredited Phumpanyathai Ban Mhorchang School. This training focused on Aroma Massage, Foot Massage, and Thai Massage, further expanding her repertoire of holistic healing practices.

In late 2021, Krittiya embarked on a new chapter by relocating to Ireland with her family. Eager to continue her professional development, she enrolled in a rigorous 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. Subsequently, she began sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience with the community in Wexford, Ireland, offering tailored yoga classes to practitioners of all levels.

Krittiya's dedication to promoting wellness extends beyond traditional class settings. She actively engages with various groups, including the Presentation School for Transition Year students and the Women's Collective Ireland - Wexford group, organizing specialized workshops to cater to their specific needs and interests.

Through her tireless efforts, Krittiya remains a beacon of inspiration, advocating for yoga and mindfulness as potent tools for personal growth and collective well-being. Her contributions continue to positively impact individuals and communities, fostering a culture of holistic health and vitality wherever she goes.
